BDGL Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the BDGL platform (bdgl.top) and its associated mobile application. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

BDGL is a legitimate online betting and entertainment platform operating under an international betting licence. We are committed to providing our members with a transparent and fair environment.

These Terms and Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Bengali version shall take precedence for bdgl members in Bangladesh.

To create an account with BDGL, the following requirements must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Only one account may be opened per person.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• The mobile number registered must be in your own name.

BDGL reserves the right to reject an account application or suspend an account at any time for any reason, particularly where age verification has not been completed or incorrect information has been provided.

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for any activity carried out on your account by others.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on BDGL:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via cash out).
• The minimum bet amount is BDT 20; maximum bet limits vary by market.
• The odds provided by bdgl are final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• BDGL is not responsible for any bets affected by disconnection during live betting.

If BDGL detects suspicious betting activity, the relevant bet or account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

BDGL supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The terms relating to payments are outlined below:

• No transaction fees are charged on deposits. However, charges imposed by your mobile banking provider may apply.
• Minimum deposit is BDT 100.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (bKash/Nagad) and BDT 1,000 (bank transfer).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals must first be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.

Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply. Higher limits are available for VIP members. Contact support for more details.

BDGL regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer carries specific terms that you should read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement (x times the bonus) for each bonus has been met.
• Bets placed using a bonus must generally be at minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• BDGL reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is suspected.

BDGL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. However, existing terms will continue to apply to any bonus already in progress.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BDGL and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Multiple Accounts: Holding more than one account per person.
• Bonus Abuse: Providing false information or manipulating the system to claim bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Software Manipulation: Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Collusion: Colluding with other members to place coordinated bets.
• Data Fraud: Attempting to pass KYC using false identification or incorrect information.

BDGL takes your personal information extremely seriously. We collect only what is necessary and store it securely.

• Your personal and financial information is never sold or shared with third parties.
• Your information is used solely for service delivery, KYC verification, and legal compliance.
• All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL.

BDGL believes betting is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. We genuinely care about our members' mental and financial well-being.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily or weekly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily lock your account for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for 24–72 hours.
• Reality Check: A pop-up message will periodically display your session time and spending details.

To close your account yourself, please submit a request to support. BDGL may also suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• KYC verification failure or submission of false information.
• Legal obligations or directives from a regulatory authority.

Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) in a closed account will be refunded upon completion of the required verification process.

BDGL reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered mobile number.

Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
